We know memory, experience and design influences how we feel in a space. With this in mind, we set out to tell the Monos story of awe and craft a world that celebrates the moments of discovery that travel brings.

By drawing on the Japanese concept of "mono no aware," we created a space that celebrates the beauty of fleeting moments. The design blends gentle surrealism with cultural influences from Portugal’s Pousadas, shaping a user-centric environment that reflects Monos' commitment to mindful travel and meaningful experiences.

In the heart of the room stands an olive tree, rising against a back lit scrim light installation that seemingly bursts forth from a narrow parting of waxed plaster and split-faced cottonwood limestone. Artful plinths formed of honed Turkish Rainbow Onyx give way to a delicate water flow, cuing simplicity, and connection to nature. Softly encased wall niches, adorned with subtle Italian Onice Striato Avorio stone, showcase the brand's curated collection of luggage and accessories— well considered products for the mindful traveler.
