Botanist is a full-service Grande Cafe in the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel, situated in Vancouver’s Coal Harbour neighbourhood. Botanist needed to service various user groups while providing an elevated dining experience. Ste Marie was tasked with leading the concept development, custom furniture and art programming and the interior design and programming of four unique dining rooms, each delivering their own experience.
